Delivery time

We ship our orders from our warehouse in Weesp (Amsterdam, the Netherlands). Orders placed on working days before 16:00 will be shipped the same day. For orders in The Netherlands and Belgium, you will always receive your order (depending on the day) within 1-3 days. Outside The Netherlands and Belgium this can take a little longer, keep an eye on the Track & Trace sent by email.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for orders to The Netherlands are in all cases € 6.50, but are free for orders above € 50.00. For orders outside The Netherlands please fill in your address on the checkout page to see your specific costs.

Where is my package?

You can follow the status of your order live with the Track & Trace sent by email. You will receive this email a few minutes after your payment. Has no package arrived after 5 working days and have you not received any further message about this? Then please contact our support.

Can I refund my order?

As long as you have not yet opened and used the product(s), it is possible to return your order. Take a look at our returns page to see if you qualify for this.
